Green Fingers

Our groundsmen have always had a rare flair when it came to coaxing the best out of the flora at Oakfield. This year has been no exception and they have reached a new level in the greenhouse. When we arrived, we were greeted with a bowl full of tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and a huge courgette. We have been dining on the most amazing home-ground salads all week. When you come and stay at Oakfield, if you are coming in the summer and autumn months, we hope to provide all our guests with something from the greenhouse to add that extra something to their meals during their stay.
